  • My ex-husband has been out of the picture for over 3 years. No child support, no contact with the three kids for this entire time. I re-married and my husband and I have taken care of them. I have full custody of my kids and wish to terminate his parental rights due to lack of contact and failure to be there for them in every sense of the word. He also lives in a different state and could have supervised visitations if he wanted to but has chosen not to. There’s also a history of domestic violence and alcoholism from his part therefore the supervised visitations.
  • I get a news letter the first of the month stating maintenance day is 1/21/15. Is that legal notice. They come in twice that day. Once to change the a/c filter, check smoke alarm and look for drippy faucets. They come back to do monthly pest control. It is anywhere from 8 to 5. Lately they have even looked in the refrigerator during this inspection.

  • I am on probation for 2 misdemeanors. My wife accepted a job in Nevada and I have been offered one with the same company. How can I get my probation transferred to Nevada. Please don't tell me to ask my PO as he has stated that my wife has to be in Nevada for 6 months before Nevada would agree to transferring my probation. I have not been able to find any evidence that this statement is true. I was also told I am not eligible for Interstate Compact treatment. Please help.
