  • I was ordered tbo reimburse 9500 of 9950 of remaining attoneys fees with 10% annum interest. My ex has not paid anything to her attoney in 2.5 years. I have settled with her attorney for their fees and interest because she took me back to court. She now owes nothing without paying a dime. Will I still have to pay her the 10% interest?

  • My lease agreement with my landlord ended in November 2018. We are still living in the Unit, but she gave us a notice to vacate by april 6th 2020. Am I obligated to stay and pay March's rent even though there is no new lease agreement and I signed a notice to vacate by April 6th. Which I'm leaving before that.

Before he filed I told him that I wanted to file to have the children during the whole week and modify our current parenting plan. So now he filed the child support modification should I not respond and have a hearing? Or should I file my own paper work to modify the parenting plan?
