  • I have an OOP against my ex boyfriend & he is still harassing/stalking me. I contact the police & file my reports. I am going to move back to Wa. state but my lease ends at the end of Dec. 2014. My question is.. can I get out of my lease early without any fines/fees or trouble?
  • i need to establish my grandparenting rights to c.p.s. in AZ. i need to do this very soon for i have heard they (c.p.s.) may be planning to send my grandaughter to N.Y. to be with 'next of kin' her mother has stated the child has NO family here in AZ. truthfully she has more family here on my side (the fathers) than ever in N.Y. please help?!?!?!

  • I am a victim of domestic violence and had to terminate my lease the apartment did the walk out and told me that you do to me putting wax on the tile vinyl they had to replace the whole entire unit and charge me over $2000 even though it did not state in the lease that I could not put any product on the floor am I responsible
  • Now that my 15 year old daughter has gottten pregnant will I loose my child support for her after she has her baby?
  • i am buying the trailer i live in and shortly after moving in we found there has been a sewage problemi have called spoke to and been told by the landlord a plumber is coming for 2 months now. can i pay for a plumber myself & take it out of my rent
  • I let a friend of mine live in my house rent free for about 7 months after she had a baby. I babysat and cared for the child while she worked and never charged her any money for childcare. After 7 months, she moved out but left most of her personal belongings in my house. It has now been 8 months since she left. How long does the law state that she has to come back and claim her belongings before her property is considered abandoned. And then do I legally take ownership of her property? I have also loaned her money which she has not paid back yet. Please advise. Thank you.
  • I was served my notices and went to court with my landlord. She got a judgement against me for unpaid rent and was granted a writ of restitution to be received on 9-1-09. On the morning of 9-1-09 when I returned to the property to finish moving, she had locked the gates. My dogs were still there and I had not been served the writ by the constable. Turns out that she did not received the writ until 10:18 that morning but the gates were locked at 8:48 a.m. Does the writ have to be served or is it just given to the landlord and they can do as they please?
  • My ex & I have 50/50. we split in 5/15, he moved in his gf two months after I left. He since has been trying to get my son (2.5yrs) to call her mom. He took him out of the babysitter care w/o my knowledge or agreement, put him in a daycare of his choosing so his gf could have access to my son. He wouldn't let me know where he was enrolled. Once I did they wouldn't give me an update because he didn't list me on the pwork. He takes him to rndm clinics so I won't have access to his records. & I just found out she was arrested for domestic violence while my son was there. What can I do help!
  • If neither party has received welfare what interest does the state have?
