QUESTIONS

  • My son recieved certified letter for court on eviction, but he isn't leasee ,can he or everyone evicted from the apartment.
  • I understand there is a 48-hr required notice for showing a property occupied with tenants. If the tenant agrees says it is ok, is it ok to ask for an earlier showing, as long as I inform them that they are not obligated to allow it that early? Or would they still have legal recourse if they agree and is shown with less than 48 hr notice?
  • Can someone who is mentally unfit to make decisions for themselves marry someone? My sister with severe dimentia recently married a stranger.
  • My new next door neighbor is regularly surpassing the 60 dba limit for night time sound with loud music and arguments past midnight. What can I do?
  • Who do I report to if I know of someone working while being paid for medical disability?
  • My brother has a 15 yr old felony child abuse conviction against him which was deemed non dangerous and non repetitive (an accidental injury to his then infant daughter) to which he confessed and served his time. He desperately needs substantial employment to support himself and his three children, but this has proved almost impossible due to his felony status. Is there any way at all to have this expunged/set aside? May be grasping at straws, but any info will help. Thank you and god bless.
  • I was bailed out of Pima county over two years ago my uncle put his house up as collateral I went to my court dates and completed all my obligations got a letter from Pima county saying they released the house but Pima county never paid the bondsman so he isn’t releasing the deed till he gets his money back how can I fight this our house is in escrow and is held up by this
  • My lease is expiring on May 23, 2020. I signed a notice to vacate, but my roommate refuses to sign. My landlord has initiated a month to month lease and is telling me that I am responsible for the rent until both of us sign the order. I cannot control what my roommate does. Am I legally bound to this person? Can they force me into a month to month lease, and make me stay when I want to move?
  • What is the income limit for a family of three
  • I live in a RV park that also has Mobile Homes permanently installed. Is this park under the Mobile home rules? Thank you
