My son (36) lives in Phoenix, AZ His Girl Friend (whom he has 2 children with) took out a Protection Order against him in order to make her apartment complex happy & not get kicked out. She had him stay away for a few days then moved him right back in. Does this not make the Protection Order Null & Void?

I have a question regarding medical insurance. When we were divorced 11 years ago my ex husband was ordered to carry the medical insurance on our son. He was fired from his job about a year ago and found something else that did not have medical insurance so he applied for a "discount" medical card. I have since put our son on my medical insurance to make sure that he has the best coverage. Is there any way to have him pay the premium?

My friend's wife passed away back on February this year, and had a life insurance policy for $20,000.00. He is been calling and the answer is that they still investigating her claim. She died of Heart related illness. My friend does not want to hire a lawyer for that amount of life insurance. Is there any way that he can put pressure to the insurance company?
