  • If I'm being charged with possession of dangerous drugs for sale, transportation of dangerous drugs for sale, misconduct involving weapons, possession of illegally altered firearm. Being this is my first offense is there any way around a mandatory minimum prison sentence, and into a treatment instead? I don't feel that 5years flat at the very least would do me any good as opposed to a treatment program.
  • Back in 2011 I was charged w/ felony 13-3415 (F6) DRUG PARAPHERNALIA VIOLATION 13-3407 13-3407 (F4) DANGEROUS DRUG VIOLATION and was offered a Diversion Program of which I completed...are these charges going to come up on a background check for a fingerprint clearance card and is there anyway to get them off my record altogether?
  • I have customers at work that have past due invoices that I try to collect on. Usually a certified letter works because they sign that they received the letter. But now I have someone that did not get the demand letter, so what is the next step that I attempt to collect with out hiring an agency? Not sure of the laws and I have tried to look them up but they are very confusing. Is there a giude that can give me the proceedures and laws on how to collect?

  • In our Divorce Decree, my ex is ordered to make payments to me every month for the Equity from our home and property. He has been late in his payments half of the time; sent a NSF check or only partial payment. I accepted the payment plan because he said he wanted to keep the house, and was unable to get a loan for the amount he would owe. The total amount he would owe me is only $21,000.00. Is there anything I can do to have the Decree changed so that he has to pay the balance to me in a lump-sum now?
  • So my apartment doesn't have heat and I have a little baby. This morning it was cold so I decided to turn on the heat and then I noticed there isn't any heat. Talked to thr neighbors and they said none of the apartments did. Is it the apartments responsibility to have a heater in the apartment? It's getting colder and I worry about my baby.
  • I purchased a new 2017 mobile home 4 months ago and it was placed on a mobile park lot. We moved in May 2017 as three weeks ago we have discovered the lot has termite. Termites eating palm trees near our new home and it building a nest along the back fence where my neighbor has a old wooden shed. We reported it to the land property owner, they sent out an pest control company who claimed there was no signs of termites but we have picture of the termite damage. We are afraid that termite may get to our house if not already. What can we do? Should there have been a termite inspection? Thx
  • Someone posted a no trespassing sign ARS 13-1502-A1 on some idle land my neighbors and I have traditionally use for access to county trails. It is suspect. How can I tell if this is a legitimate sign, or if someone just bought it off the internet to scare his neighbors away? (same party strung cable accross a common access road in June and injured a bicyclist) . thx!
