I built a room in the backyard of my grandfathers home. I paid for everything myself . My grandfather pointed to a space in back where I could build me a room for me and my two kids. Recently my grandfather has became really sick and the ownership of the home has changed hands which are my uncle and aunt, what are my rights and is my room still mines? When my grandfather was ok and well nobody had a problem with anything but now that he is ill everyone wants to take over my back room and keep me away

I have been renting a house for the past 4 months and last night the landlord showed up and starting moving her stuff in , can she do that? How do I stop it? I called the police and they said I couldn't do anything about it.

I rent a home, pay the mortgage payment directly to mortgage company. I found out the actual owner is having all her real property siezed by the government due to money laundering. If she cannot prove home was purchased legally. Since I have been making my monthly payments to a mortgage company for the past 3 years do I have any rights?

i have a problem with my next door neighbor, we have a connecting back block wall that a root of his tree damaged the footing, and his wall because it is connected is damaging my wall and getting very dangerous, my grandkids play in the back yard and i have a pool. i have repeatedly asked him to have the wall fixed and he ignores me. if he doesnt want to fix his wall so be it, but i want him to fix my wall before it goes over.. thank you for your time i hope you can help me in this matter.

I'm a little confused on what I should do my father-in-law just passed away last month on the 29th he was on hospice here at the house my mother-in-law passed away 4 years ago and we have got an eviction letter I guess that house sold at auction and I'm confused on what I should do because the eviction was for my mother-in-law and father-in-law they've lived in this house for 34 years his house payment was only $248 a month he was losing his marbles and yesterday the sheriff came until this we have till Wednesday to be out how is that right. We never got to go to court

I have been divorced 3 years our my ex husband was supposed to give me half of our retirement money but right before signing he said he lost it in our divorce decree it says that he was supposed to pay the full amount within a year but has failed to do so, additionally we agreed that he would keep managing our children investment account and was supposed to provide me with quarterly statements but I found out he spent the money lastly he is behind a few months in alimony, would you recommend I hire a lawyer or could I file directly through the court

I never took my son father down for child support . He was in prison for 8of the 14 years of our son life. Now I want child support. And to know if they will go back and make him pay for the back years
