QUESTIONS

  • How can i get another Ahcccs card for my one year old daughter
  • How can my ex-husband file court papers changing the custody orders made with our divorce, stating that i can not take my son out of the county they live in. hes not even his son. its a long story and i need help getting my kids back.
  • Where can I find curfew laws?
  • Ok thank you for this opportunity to ask a question. To add a parking spot covered that is a extra $15 or so a month. Can the landlord demand a new lease with the parking option? We don't want to start a whole new lease and that shouldn't be allowed it doesn't seem fair. The spots are always available they are not a high demand option
  • If someone is contesting a protection order for reasons not even listed on the form i filled out to get the order can it be overturned ?
  • My husband is in for emergency surgery for cancer. What happens if we don't have a will yet?
  • after being arrested about 10 years ago, the attorneys office denied the case from the arresting department due to lack of evidence. Charges were never filed with the state, however the arrest record still has to be researched with every background check. is there a way to have this removed from public record since there was never even a case or conviction?
  • is it okay to use a copy of birth certificate when renewing ahcccs for a three month baby
  • If an elderly person gets ill and a family member moves them to a hospital in another state, are they be considered a resident of the new state?
  • I have lived in a residence in Arizona since 2007. The lease expired in 2009 and by agreement with the owner was allowed to live without a lease and rent free since then. The owner is now trying to get me to sign a new lease or "evict" me. I have continuously maintained the residence and spent money out of pocket for upkeep including major purchases such as replacing the a/c unit, removing trees damaged by storms, painting, etc. Also paid back taxes for a year when the house was close to tax sale. What are my rights?
