  • My landlord wants to prorate my end of lease for an additional 3 days. I turned in my 60 notice well before my 60 days was even near. I sent numerous emails regarding my 60 day notice and never heard any response and she is claiming she never received them even though I sent her proof of every email I sent her. I have been courteous and have paid the rent every month and have never been late. What are my rights as a tenant to to make sure I'm not overcharged on the proration?
  • we were evicted from a trailer court recently but i own my trailer outright, paid for free and clear. Can the park take my trailer from me? Its too old to move and they say that if I sell it I have to sell it for a minimum of what is owed to them or they will evict the new owner. That doesnt seem right to me.
  • I have 2 children for whom I am receiving child support. once one of them turns 18, am I required to submit a new child support order, or will the clearinghouse automatically calculate a new amount for one child only?
  • I am currently covered by my spouses insurance coverage and our divorce has not been filed yet. ARS 20-1377 and 20-1408 state that I may continue to be covered under his health insurance policy. I have contacted the health care company and NO ONE is able to assist me with this. I've looked online for answers and there are none. How to I apply for a conversion policy?
  • I'm at the end of a two year lease. The landlord has a 20% rent increase if we don't do a new lease. Does he need to send us a written notice 30 days in advance that he intends to increase our rent 20% and the total amount that would make our new rent payment be? So far he has excepted the regular payment for two months passed the lease end date and now we just gave about a 50 day notice that we intend to move out.
  • Let me try this question again. I have been granted a new trial. I do not need to know how to motion for a new trial. At the new trial, how does it go? Will the testimony be the same or can victims and witnesses change testimony? Is a new trial just a rehash of the same testimony with a new jury? Thank you!

My ex gets out daughter on the weekends and after missing last weekend, she informs my that see will be in Chicago for a month maybe longer for a family tragedy. Now whether or not if that is true does that change the way that I file or will I have to wait for her to come back whenever that maybe.
