We got a five day eviction notice and we offered to pay the rent in full within the five days and the landlord refused it he said if we didn't have it all that day it would be illegal to take the money

I currently pay child support for three children. My oldest child turns 18 in November of 2020. My middle child turns 18 in December 2021 and my youngest child turns 18 in December 2022. THE 2018 ARIZONA CHILD SUPPORT GUIDELINES (adopted by the AZ Supreme Court) states that the 'presumptive termination date shall be the last day of the month of the 18th birthday of the youngest child.' Does that mean that I must continue to pay child support for ALL THREE CHILDREN until my youngest child turns 18 years old? Please advise. Thank you

we are currently listed as owner's to a mortgage but signed transfer of property- deed papers to an investor of whom we have been making monthly payments to. We have been informed by the mortgage that our payments have not been submitted and that we will soon be in foreclosure. What can we do? This investor promised to assume the mortage as well as the property but really only filed tranfer of property and continues to collect our money, of which has been steady each month.

Started a year lease (8/2019) In my current apartment. The first 4 months we’ve been having constant plumbing issues where the shower has over flowed with sewage back 3-4 times a single month. In the result of damaging/ruining personal items. All of the rugs destroyed by sewage flooding out of bathroom into hallway and entering bedroom. I’ve lost shoes, clothes, electronics, furniture etc.. with that being said, their has been constant headaches and migraines due to the horrid smell. What is my rights? I work for a major company and while I had a temp manager they stole two of my major accounts without my knowledge and transferred them to other reps on other teams and I lost out on 1,000,000 in sales. The company has policy in protecting reps from going into accounts that does not belong to them or assigned to them. Behind my back they stole my accounts and next thing I know they closed about a 1,000,000 in business that was rightfully mine. Do I have legal rights? Our company rules of conduct / ethics and policy stAtes that no other reps are allowed to go into other assigned accounts nor other territory that is assigned to other sales reps. This all happened during the time I did not have a current manager in place because my manager left the company and the company was looking for new manager to fill that position. As I stated I had a temp manager who was not my manager. Please advise
