QUESTIONS

  • I am married but have been separated (no legal separation filed) from my husband for 4 years. I have now had a baby with my boyfriend and the hospital won't name the father on the birth cert. They insist AZ law says it has to be her legal husband by default. Is this true? What do we do?
  • Where can I find a court approved parenting class?
  • Own trailer in mobile home park, pay lot rent, who is responsible for gas leak on service line
  • I have recently ended my BENIFITS though I have till the end of the month and they will completely stop... Am I still able to use these BENIFITS ( food stamps )
  • i'm currently paying my court ordered child support and court ordered arrears. can they still garnish or seize my income to pay off the arrears faster?
  • A few days before I turned 18, my adopted family of 4 years kicked me out and dropped me off at my birth mothers house. (Who is not capable of taking care of me) they didn't even give me a quarter of my belongings and I also didn't receive any of my documents (I.e birth certificate, social security card, etc) this has caused me many problems in the year since dealing with trying to get a car, registering for college and other things. In order to get new documents, I need to have other documents and I have none. Is there something I can legally do?
  • I'm actually not working at the moment cause I had a bad seizure and I have to get surgery on my knee coming up do I still have to pay child support even though my ex has been not working four to five months now
  • My mothers health has drastically changed and she only lives on social security, a very small disability bi-weekly stipend and has medicare. While my mother has been accepted for medicaid as a secondary insurance, she will have to contribute monthly of $406 so that she will be able to have full time home health care (vs only part time with medicare). This expense will make it impossible to help her pay her credit card debts off. My mother needs to contribute to medicaid but then won't have enough to pay off her debts. What are options as far as her credit cards? Should I close them (with her on the phone) and let them know that she is unable to pay so we'd need a settlement price? Or just walk away? I am unsure of her options as my original plan was to help her pay them off one by one.
  • If the mother, whoese case is in AZ moves to TX without the child, and didn't notify the non custodial parent or AZ until father filed a motion of modification (6 months later). Can the father file and Order the Stop Payment and close case, because child is with someone els??
  • What are the grounds for a tenant to be given a 5 day eviction notice?
