I was officially divorced 01/18/2019. I have been currently been reciting summons from debit collectors on credit cards and HOA for properties and credit card that were listed as my X-husbands responsibility on the divorce decree. My X-owes me back child support and I had a order of protection at time this debt was accrued.

I am a veteran I tried to attempt suicide 11 months ago and I am currently ordered to pay child support but the way life is going I think its in the best interest of the kids to not have a relationship with me because of my mental health problems and major financial issues. How to I go about giving up all parental rights and financial obligations without having to discuss my suicide attempt in court? I just want to let them live a happy life and not worry about me because I plan on moving away in the next few months.

My daughter will be 5 in August of this year. There is no father on her burth certificate, and the biological father has never been in contact. I married when she was a year old and her step father has been her father. I want to change her name to her step fathers name. My 19 yr old son sought rental assistance by allowing roommates into the apartment and are now trashing the apartment. I had to leave to Chicago due to family medical reasons and taking care of my elderly parents. The roommates have not paid rent for the past two months and are running up a bill that I can no longer afford. My son is in a job training program hoping to finish with experience to support himself. I am concerned that the roommates are trashing the apartment and take my belongings. how do I evict them? they are not on the lease, refuse to be on the lease and are 19& 22 yrsol

I need to file for child support but I don't know where to start

I made a huge mistake by cosigning on a car loan for a girlfriend back on 09/15/08. She only made 9 payments on the vehicle then let it go back to the bank. It’s been almost 6-1/2 years since she made her last payment and now they’re coming after me, after all these years have gone by. I was told that Arizona Statute of Limitations A.R.S. § 47-2725 is four (4) years for auto loans. But their attorney is ignoring that and coming after me regardless. It's now October 2015 and they are coming after me for the loan amount + interest totaling $13,000 altogether. I'm retired and living solely on Social Security of $1,776 per month and two small pensions totaling $624 which = $2,400 per month. And I'm living with my daughter to make ends meet. Therefore I can't afford to pay theses people. I had an initial pre-trial conference on 10/8/15 and represented myself because I can’t afford an attorney. It was determined that there will be a trial on 12/14/15. I told the loan company in court “that I have no money and living on $2,400 per month and living with my daughter to make ends meet, and they’re still pursuing the trial date. My questions are: 1) Will the Arizona Statute of Limitations A.R.S. § 47-2725 four (4) years get me out of this mess completely? 2) I've been told and read online that Social Security income and Pensions “cannot be garnished”. Do you know if this is true? If it's true then I have nothing to worry about and won't need to file bankruptcy. 3) If I lose my case can I file bankruptcy on a judgement that's been awarded against me? 4) Can they levy / garnish my checking account where my Social Security checks and Pension checks are electronically deposited? I have received tax bill from the IRS for $630 plus charges of $284 from 2011 I have no money except my SS- $725 plus food stamps and cannot pay and I am just over a bout of throat cancer treatment and can not work or add to my income so find it impossible to pay the tax and the penalty can you point me to some one who can help me.
