  • My grandson lives in the back of my property. His friend leaves there drunk sometimes. If he gets into an accident am i liable
  • We terminated our lease early. We gave them notice in writing. They have continued to stall getting the house rented to someone else. It was ready to be moved into at the first of the month and they won't even let a new tenant look at it until the 10th. I read that according to Ariz rev stat 33-1370 that a "landlord has a duty to find a new tenant". I'm having a problem finding that actual wording in the law. We are on the hook for rent until a new renter is found, but it seems they are preventing that.
  • I have already signed my leasing agreement. On the day of move in i was given a different move in fee without being notified before hand. I was not allowed to move in unless i paid that fee which was not apart of my leasing agreement. Is that a breach of leasing agreement? Should I haven still been able to move in that day?
  • I had a friend staying with me to help pay the rent. They left (without paying debt) and left several of their things at my house. I want the things out.   • I have been moved in my apt since 3/26/2020 and I haven't received my mailbox key as of today. I've been inquiring about it. My mailbox needs repairs to get a key and get my nail. My mail is being returned to sending because the office lady won't allow my mail to be left with the office people. So I'm not able to get my mail. They had maintenance fix mailboxes few weeks back but they never got to my and the office lady was unable to give me another date when maintenance plans on fixing mine. Am I obligated to pay rent since my mailbox is broken so I'm unable to receive any mail.
  • I moved back to my paid off house after 2 years away from an extremely violent crack addict. He has now forced his way back into my home because he is a freeloader and wants to live withowut paying a single bill. When I tell him to leave he says FU, make me. He believes that he owns everything I have and takes my car 24/7 so I have no way out. When I attempt to do anything he destroys my things or steals them and pawns them. If I do anything at all to call for help he destroys my phone and beats me up and threatens to destroy my house. He is the biggest fake but noone believes me. HELP
