QUESTIONS

  • I have a current custody order. I would like to present new information to the court in an effort to alter the agreement. I can not afford a lawyer. What can I do?
  • I and my daughter have not seen my husband in 5 years. She is 6. He was abusive but never arrested because he was good at abusing without leaving marks and lying. He has taken steps to hide his whereabouts and stated that if he had to pay child support he would take custody. I have been with my current fiancé for about 3 years and he would like to adopt her. Can he do that before the divorce?
  • We live in a small private property community with private roads. Every morning and afternoon we are over loaded and blocked in by parents using our neighborhood to drop off and pick up kids. They ignore all our signs and block anyone from getting in or out safely. We have buses that come and get our kids and they can’t get around the neighborhood because of the parking on both sides of the road. The street are more narrow as they are private and we pay for all up keep. We know we can block the roads off but what else can be done to get those people out and off our streets?
  • My truck is in my name. I made a lot of the payments myself. My mom made the final payment. Can she legally own the title to the truck and make me pay her back to get the title?
  • WHERE CAN I GET DIVORCE PAPERWORK ONLINE.

I brought my son to a public location to try to allow him to become familiar with his dad again but my son who is three was noticeably afraid During the visit my son's father said that if I did not let him immediately take his for court ordered visits he would inform the judge. What can I do to have the current order imediately changed so that he can get to know father agian before having overnight visits
  • We bought a manufactured home in a 55+ community and out next door neighbor is running a “workshop” next door. We are unable to enjoy our home in the evening due to his sawing metal, compressors, and loud banging well into the night. It sounds like we have a factory in our living room. Our property manager has tried to make him stop but he continues to keep us awake with his noise and is EXTREMELY defensive if he is asked to stop. We do not have the money to relocate our home, what else can we do?
  • How do I get a list of doctors that participate in the AHCCCS Medical Program in Chandler AZ?
