I called my auto insurance company to have a company replace my window in my auto the glass installer damaged my car. My insurance company said it was not one of their authorized dealers so they can help me. I want to take the glass company to small claims court to see if i can get resolution for the cost of the damages the paper work ask if this is a contract or tort. I did not sign a contract with the glass company so I'm confused as to what to use for the type of claim on the paper work.

My home went into foreclosure on 09. Tried short sales and bank never agreed on any of the contracts. So they took the house back 8/27/09 and they sold it 10/27/09. I was told by my realtor and the short sale expert the HOA dues owed to stop payment while in short sale. And after the house foreclosed that the HOA's would be absorbed in the sale of the propety. Now a collections agency has attempted to collect again in 13'. What does the law say about this.

 

I have a 10 year old daughter that I have sole custody of- I never married her biological dad. I have since married and wanted to know if that would then make him a legal guardian of my daughter?

My daughter has custody the grandchildren. She is a drug addict/alcoholic. She has struggled with her addictions for years and once again losing battle. The children's father is in the military, stationed in WA. How can he ask for custody?

maybe someone can answer me on this I currently renting a 2 bedroom apartment in Bullhead city Arizona, a month ago I found out that my apartment is infested with termites, the landlord or apartment manager responded by sending a maintenance worker to look into it and he was not sure what we're dealing with so he reported back to the office and they send a pest control to look into it and he confirmed that it was termites and they need to call a termite specialist and he came and looked at it said it was a mild case so he went back and told the manager what needs to be done and the estimate but all that was over 3 weeks ago and I heard nothing about since then so I called and the lady who works there did not seem to know whats going on with this so she replied "I will let the manager know and have them call you" well another week passed so I drop buy the office and paid rent and I ask the lady again about and she said the exterminator has not got back to them so now I'm not sure what to do, I personally believe they are giving me the run around and do to the history and incompetence and procrastination of the maintenance service provided since we been living there I am highly concern to the point that I should just bail out of my lease and move somewhere else but the problem with that is I cannot afford to when I'm providing for my kids so I am thinking i should seek some legal council on the situation

How can I evict the party who has purchased my home,foreclosed and have not left the premises? What is the process?

I am a single mother of a 12 year old -turning 13 in less than a month- my son was born out of wedlock in Las Vegas, NV (Paternity was established) When he was about a year old, his father decided to leave. After we broke up, he then stayed in NV for a couple of months, then moved back to Mexico. My son and I moved to AZ in 2009. We have been residing here since then. Father has not made an effort to see/talk to son. He does NOT pay child support and he lives in Mexico City according to his Facebook Profile, what can I do to obtain sole custody/full decision making regarding my son?
