I have tenants (couple) in my house who were let in by the last tenant. They have no lease, have paid no money. What are my rights? The house is in Maricopa County I am in AK.

I was e mail about loan for $8000.00 and all I had to do was send three months payments in advance which I did the day when there wrer to mak a deposit to my account I got call from the tell me that I had to purchase a inserunce for the loan and all I had to do was ppay $750.00 1/2 of the cost so I had it canceled the loan and ask for my money back they told me it would take 14 to30 days befor I could get it io told I needed it back that day they said they would,this has put me in avery bad money problem because of being on ssi diabilty my bill are going to suffer and Imy credit is going to take a big hit I have to pay for a truck payment and rent and insurance I have no othere way to gover them I neeed to get them to return that money by the end of this week, I need help. I was olso scam by company out of Washington involving free gov. grant money that also menschen that they were working with the f.b.i.i lost $150.00in that.

father is not paying court ordered support, how do I file for contempt of court

Dear Sir or Madam, I am from the netherlands. I have been deported from the Stat for in may 2011 fro 10 years, because I I staid longer than my permit. I have a girl friend who is willing to merry me to bring me back from the Netherlands in to the stat. Is that posible and the immigration will let me live in the state? if you are court ordered to quit a job can you get unemployment

I currently have joint custody of my children in which I have them 50% of the time. My ex-wife and I do not agree on which schools our children should attend, and our paperwork states that neither of us can make the final decision. An attorney had told me that if we have tried mediation with conciliation services (which we have tried), then the next step would be to file a motion for school determination. My question is: how do you go about doing that? I do not see forms that seem to pertain to this. Thanks!
