Question: Is withholding sex to a husband and to deny to have sex again as long as we are married, grounds for a divorce in Arizona.
Answer: Arizona is a no fault divorce state. The only allegation you need make in a divorce petition is that the marriage is "irretrievably broken." Arizona Revised Statutes, Section 25-312. The statute requires that at least one of the parties live in Arizona or be stationed in Arizona while in the military service. The only exception is when the marriage is a covenant marriage. The family court will not consider which party is at fault.
