  • I am getting ready to file paper work to gain equal custody of my daughter.. But I am not married. I was curious as too my rights until the paperwork is finished and what I need to do to get the ball rolling
  • My landlord comes to my house unannounced very often.  Since January he has been here every day.  He brings his son and they work on cars in the backyard from morning until eleven o'clock at night sometimes.  The lease says he has access to the shed.  My landlord says that because the lease says he has access to the shed, he is justified.  He also enters my house when nobody is home/  What should I do?

I owe $30,000 to the IRS (irs has declared me "uncollectible"). Will my credit card debt ever disappear? I have never declared bankruptcy. Should I declare bankruptcy now?

  • I'm looking for some guidance regarding the AZ Real Estate Recovery Fund. I submitted a claim against the fund some time ago but it was denied for multiple reasons, all of which were inaccurate. I'd like some advice from somebody with experience with getting reimbursement from the fund. The basis of my claim is the fact that my property manager embezzled security deposits and when his scam ran its course, he committed suicide. The fund is clearly setup to help those who have been a victim of real estate fraud, but the commissioner weaseled her way out of my claim on technicalities.

  • I am engaged to be married to the love on my life. She previously had a baby with a man before we met who I absolutely adore and consider her to be my own. His name is not on the birth certificate and he has been absent for the greater majority of her life. There is a child support order but nothing else. Is there any way I could adopt her or get parental rights of her?
  • I leased a house and because of my credit was told if I wanted to rent it, I had to pay, at move in, the first months rent, deposit of one month and a full second month rent, so a total of 3 months rent. I believe that is illegal. Second issue, the house sold and the management company only transferred 1 months rent to new owners as my deposit, not 2 mo. I asked them about it and they never got back to me saying they had to locate the rent roles. I recently brought it back up with them and was told "Nothing we can do, we are done with that property:" How can I get my money back from them?
  • My sister used my name and DOB when she was involved in a car accident The officer just took her word for it she had no proof she was who she said she was. My sister has four warrents. I dont know what I need to do to get out of this mess it just happened yesterday.
