Paid $150 for hair services and was not happy with outcome,. The business offered to fix for free under their 2 week service guarantee. After having the "fix" completed they attempted to charge me $75 stating that I had agreed to pay! I left very angry and wrote to the BBB. The business is charging me for theft and I want to know what options I have as I do not feel I should have to pay more for services that were offered to correct their mistake! I have pictures and the $150 receipt from the original service.

I was convicted of a felony in 1994. This conviction was set aside in 1996. Can an apartment still refuse me because they say I have a felony conviction? I try to explain that the conviction was set aside, but they still will not rent to me. Is that legal, and do I have any recourse?

I'm a victim of fraud, conversion, assault and battery, mental, verbal, financial, and elderly abuse. The defendant is sue able. What kind of lawyer would take a case like this? My case doesn't qualify for legal aide, because, it is an Intentional Tort. Is it possible to sue the abuser without an attorney? Hiring a lawyer is not an option, because, I can't afford it. My abuser put me out of business and destroyed all my property. Who gives free legal advice? Do any attorneys specialize in Narcsisstic Personality Disorders?
