QUESTIONS

  • I signed someone's name on a legal document with permission from this person. I was carged with forgery. I took a plea not wanting to go to a jury trial. After the plea I found out that the state attorney lied to the grand jury and said this person did not give me permission and also I forged her notes. I have her taped interview where she clearing states her given permission and that the notes were done by her. Is there anything I can do to go back to the grand jury or maybe have the charges reversed? I was told no matter what I signed her name with putting with permisssion

So let's say I was paid out $50,000 by my personal policy but my claim is worth 100,000. • I am divorced and my ex left AZ after. My children are with me but he still has partial custody. He has not contacted or seen the children in 3+yrs. No card, call or anything. My current husband would like to legally become their father. I have no idea where my ex is or how to even contact him. I have an agency searching for him for non payment of child support and they cannot even find him! Could you tell me how to dissolve his rights as father so that my current husband can make them his kids since that is who they call dad. I also want his rights taken away because if anything were to happen to me I don't want him to be able to come in and take them because they wouldn't know him or feel safe with him because of past events.
  • My parental rights were severed do i have to wait until they turn 18 to contact them? How do I find them?

  • I have just started to get my wages garnished agian from a car loan I had with a bank five years ago. I started a new job and was getting garnished from my last employment I had gotten my total down more then half and now that they have started garnishing at my new employment the total I owe has more then doubled off my original balance in which they sued me for in the beginging, my question is just how much intrest can a bank (not a collection agency) charge on a defaulted loan that is in the process of being garnished legally? I will end up being garnished for the next 6 years at this rate.
  • I am the only person on my lease. My ex girlfriend, her kid, her boyfriend, and their 2 kids( my ex's grandkids) managed to basically move in. None of them work, I want my home back. Can I simply call the sheriff to have them removed at any time because they are guests? What if they have mail in their name coming? Like I said before they don't pay anything.
  • I am a condo owner, I live in the unit and rent out my 2nd bedroom to someone. We have a lease, and we have also been working under the agreement that we switch off paying for things that we share, for example paper towels, light bulbs in the common areas, etc. However, she is now refusing to purchase a new furnace filter, saying that is a 'maintenance item' and is my responsibility. I think this falls under the 'damages due to negligence' clause in the lease. I plan to take the cost of the filters out of her last month's rent and her lease-end date be moved up accordingly. Is that legal?
