Very concise schedules but cn only work with parents that either have prior relations with children, have average hostilites and are not out of state or parents on a mutual communication for children.
QUESTIONS

My ex husband commuted domestic violence against me, got charged with a felony false imprisonment charge, was put on probation and got ordered supervised visits through family court, his mom was the supervisor and he gave up visitations and didn’t contact us or go to court for close to two years, all of a sudden he wants 50/50 custody I got awarded sole legal decision making and he was re arrested for assault on a new girl friend but charges were dropped, will the court give more than supervised visits back?

I have been living in phx since 08/2018. My twins were born on 10/8/18 in phx, AZ. Their father served me papers (ie: custody, child support) in 07/2018 in Lincoln, NE. His name is not on the birth certificate. We already broken up before I got pregnant & I was already planning on moving to AZ b/c all of my family/ support is here as I have none in NE. He too was originally planning on moving to AZ when I told him the news and later changed his mind. Which court would have jurisdiction? Can NE make me move back with the twins?

If I currently have joint custody of my 13 and 17 year old children, and my ex-wife sent them to live with a family member in the same city that I reside in, wouldn't they have to live with me preferably over the other family member?

My boyfriend and I have been together 6 years aand have a 3 year old child. My boyfriend and his ex have bee in a custody batter over his 11 year old son for 5 years. His ex just move dout of state and my boufriend now is the primary parent. We would like to move in to the same house and remain unmarried. Will this impact his costody arrangement with his 11 year old? Specifically, is this legal in AZ yo live together?

My baby mom got a order of protection against me for both her and my son. After my 1 hr supervised visitation she is required to leave the area immediately but she waits around. The director of the program witness and she made a 3rd party affidavit confirming that she waits when she shouldn't. She also says she hears the extremely inappropriate things my son says. She made a police report stating I was following her BUT she should of been 20 minutes away from the area . I got arrested beat the case and now I want legal actions done against her ? What would be my first step What kind of lawyer

My X & I have a child together.. when we parted 8 yrs ago he had been diagnosed as bipolar ADHD depression and anxiety disorder.. I have had sole custody & have tried to help him with visits.. our child was 2.. FIRST he wouldn't even clean up around his house having guns swords medical marijuana tools all laying around and just filth.. he started to get better & we started working on visitation and then again became abusive so I stopped them.. gone back & forth like this.. puts the child in danger, self medicates, DUI, physically financially verbally threatening, I need help

My daughter has filed for custody of her son of 1 year. The farther said he would give her full custody and sign the papers for that, what's the next step for my daughter and is he basically giving up his rights to the baby? Would he still have to pay child support and does she have to let him see the baby still?so e one please help.

My children relocated to New York three years ago because of mother's job. Since, mother has not complied with the parenting order, failing to send them back for father's parenting time on several occasions. The two children are currently with father for summer vacation. Both children told father of regularly being left alone overnight. The children are 6 and 8. They are scheduled according to the parenting time order to go back to New York at the end of August (less than 7 weeks). What can I do to keep them from returning to that environment?
