My children would like to stop seeing their biological father. Is this possible or at what age may they do so?

My father remarried two years ago. His health is taking a turn for the worse and he will need assisted living soon. They currently live in independent living with a meal plan. His own retirement is enough to cover the cost of assisted living, but his new wife is spending money on groceries that they don't need - about 900 dollars a month. The family is thinking of getting my dad out of this situation, but we don't know what the best thing to do is. What steps should we take?

My husbands ex wife took out a loan on him without his permission and him being there. Is there any criminal or legal options to pursue her or is this something we have to civilly approach?

My sons father got summonsed to court for a paternity test for another girls child he did not receive any papers in the mail. I am a landlord and my lease specifically states "Mediation then arbitration" My previous tenant has filed a Case in the Civil Small Claims court. Can they legally take me to court if the lease has listed Mediation and Arbitration over a going to court?

I received a certified letter from my landlord that I have to vacate the property in 30 days. However this is not enough time for me and my kids to find a new place to live. Do I legally have to vacate in that amount of time or is she just making sure to start the process in notifying me? I'm afraid I might end up homeless, losing all my belongings, and be escorted out by the police.
