The last two visits she knew about a month before they were supposed to happen and the times. Both times she made an excuse as to why she couldn't make it at the very last minute and they were silly excuses(job for first excuse and 2nd can't find the place but she was across the street??)I feel that she is violating the order, what can I do?
  • My wife and I are separated and will file for divorce. She is refusing to let me see my girls who are 9 & 11. I am a good dad who does not do anything illegal, never committed domestic violence or other crime. Up to this point, I have raised and cared for my girls with the most love. It is killing me not to be able to see them. Can she keep them from me? What can be done until the divorce papers are filed? What are my rights?
  • My friend has a friend who is losing her house through foreclosure. She paid an attorney $8,000.00 for assistance, and the attorney hasn't helped her in any advice, in over a month. Now she's worried that someone from the sheriff's Dept., is going to lock her out. She has 3 pets, is now broke, has no place to go, and all her belongings are still in her house. Can she request the sheriff's Dept., to give her an extention, until she can find a place to say, and to put her belongings somewhere else? And if so... how long can the extention be, at most? She lives in Phoenix, Az. Thank you~
  • How can I sue my University for wrongful and unjust expulsion? I feel very strongly that I was discriminated against and that the administration's decision to do so was primarily motivated by bias and prejudice. • My mom was diagnosed with dementia and she received a civil summons from a credit card company. Mom only receives social security and has a very small monthly pension which are put into her checking account. She also has a small IRA from her former 401k which she is having to use for daily care services. This will most likely be depleted soon. Given her current state, we are unsure about what to do. Can you provide some direction? I have read they can put a lien on her checking account. Thank you.
  • My husband wants to adopt my 4 year old daughter who's father abandoned her from day 1. Is there a way to have her biological father ordered to pay back child support for the 4 years and to be able to terminate his rights so my husband can adopt her? Or will I only be able to do the termination and adoption?
