Can i legally move out of the state of arizona with my 3 year old if her mother is incarcerated for a 4 year sentence? We were never married I am in the birth certificate i have had my daughter in my care for 21 months

I was an approved tenant along with my boyfriend and son in my boyfriends moms 55+ mobile home. We didnt have a written agreement with her or lease but were paying her $600 a month. She owns the trailer but rents the space and the park owners were well aware of situation.She kicked me out of her house no notice the same day and I had no place to go. Had to stay in hotels and also sleep in my car. My son is still there because I dont really have a place or the $ but she also hasnt allowed me to see him. Is there anything I can do to fight this or get compensated for being evicted

Been divorced for 4 years now. We have 50/50 shared custody. My 14 year old daughter is refusing to go back to her dads as he mentally abuses her. I can not force her to go. Will I be in contempt of court if she doesn't not go back to her dads? She has been seeing her school counselor and she knows all the mental abuse she has been going through. She even cuts herself over it. Please help.

I have two boys ages 8 and 11 they are with me 50% of the time and my ex wife their mother the other 50 5 of the time. this was established in the divorce papers. Their mother has a new job theat requires her to work 12 hour night shifts. I have offered to take the boys duing these times and was denied by their mother. I have since requested the names and contact info of the individuals who will be watching them during these times and was denied this information by the mother as well. I was on parole for 10 years and the first of Nov was my10year end but I didnt report for my last visit I have no new charges can they arrest me for a violation?

I am expecting a baby in the next couple of days. The father of my child doesn't want anything to do with the baby and he says if I put him on child support he will "disappear" and I'll never hear from him and will not get any child support. He is a CNA, can his license get suspended for failure to pay?? He also said he'll sign over his rights so he doesn't have to pay child support.
