I have had my elderly parents living with me for the last 2.5 years. We have had to buy a larger house to accommodate them plus our children. How much of the household expenses (mortgage, utilities, food, etc.) can they contribute to (they have IRA's and social security) without a tax problem for me. I do not claim them as dependents on my taxes.

When my son was arrested somehow he was wrongfully charged. It shows the wrong charges on the Az Court Records Search. My sister and her husband are divorcing and he will get custody of their two boys. He is active in the Military and currently overseas. He will be returning late September and they wish for my husband and I to care for them for a few months due to my sister moving out of state. I would like some form of legal documentation to be able to enroll them in school and seek medical care if needed. What is the quickest, easiest, and least court dependent way to do this? All parties are in agreement.
