QUESTIONS

  • We live in a 55+ Mobile home park. My dad & mom bought it about 8 or so years ago for me. They lived in it and are on the rental agreement But I'm the owner and not on the rental agreement. But my Husband and I have been living here for about 4/5 years now we pay the lot rent and the utilities. He knows we're here but every time our son comes to visit he always stops him and gives him a hard time which then he comes at us with mailed forms for instance telling us we can't be here after knowing we're here and I own the trailer. There's a lot more as well.. Need legal advice.. This is our home.

  • We have been evicted, the constable showed up yesterday at 9am with a locksmith to change locks, I thought we were given 24 hours to remove our belongings before they changed the locks. They left my dogs in the backyard and I was not even home. I went back to check on dogs, and constable was hiding with a tape recorder telling me I can't be there. Even to check on my dogs they left in the backyard?

It’s been 95+ degrees outside, and they refuse to open the pool even for a LIMITED pool hour for kids and seniors— is this legal? Does it break the lease? Made it worse by having us live in an unsuitable and unsafe living environment for about 2 weeks. There was water dripping from the open ceiling. They placed a large plastic cover over my bed with an extension chord that was lying over my bed hanging out window and left it. I have a toddler. Rain + Water and an open window! LEFT THE EXTENSION CHORD OUT THE WINDOW not smart. Wasn't fixed in 3 weeks so so I moved and they placed an eviction on my record. Need advice
