my son was born in arizona, his father and I do not have any legal custody papers but my son has been residing in las vegas for the past 8 years. I want to be able to have my son visit for the summers or what not but I am not sure how to go about it, especially if his father is not willing.

If a person is renting in an apartment complex and the landlord does not maintain the pool what are the rights of the tenants. The pool is green and pool care company reports landlord does not want to pay for all the right chemicals. This has been on going for 2 months at least.

There was an order which states neither of the parents would pay each other child support - each parent had custody of one child. During a hearing today, the assistant attorney general stated back child support would be considered. Is this common?
