QUESTIONS

  • Before my husband died in 2007 we took out a loan with citi financial. Our 2004 truck was used as collateral. My husband was the primary signer. I paid on this loan as long as I could but stopped 4 years ago. The truck was never repossessed and still sits in my yard. I contacted Citi as I was willing to give up the truck. They told me I had to send them a death certificate. But if they had repossessed it they would just come pick it up. They also said to get the title back I would need to send them an estate administrator document. According to the probate judge this would cost about $1,000. I cannot afford that. will I be able to ever get the title back?
  • Recently my ex has passed and we have a 13 year old that we shared custody of. I am not sure if I need to file with the courts or do I just take over full custody. I am her biological father and there is no one contesting me taking her.

  • A TPO was filed on me. The petitioner tried to contact me many times after filing. Sending me texts like "Please cum sleep with me". The judge still extended the order for 12 months. I posted a web site giving an editorial of my experience. The petitioner got a warrant & I was charged with Aggravated Stalking in a different county than the TPO was filed. Can a web site be considered contact?
  • I currently have a 80/20 home mortgage. The first is with one lender and is a 30 year fixed. The second is with a different lender and is a 15 year balloon fixed. Does Arizona's non deficiency stipulation apply to both loans or just the first. I am concerned about foreclosing and then being pursued in collection by the second loan holder.
  • I and my ex girlfriend are both minors, at the age of 16. Now, after a month of being broken up she has told me that she is pregnant. She has had this confirmed by the doctor and is now saying that she is going to need child support from me; furthermore,if I don't give the money to her she will get a court order. Do I have any right to deny the possibility that the child is mine, or deny paying child support? I am unemployed and my legal guardian is as well; we live off of my mothers child support for her own kids.

Contractor came out and said the only thing did was recovered the roof. Remove anything old office the whole roof needed replace. Been over a week and still nothing on roof. Been 2 months with mold, and still nothing. Help please. Thanks

My children's father is suppose to pay childcare costs and now refusing because he says the word discretionary means its up to him to decide. Is that right?
