I'm not from AZ but my son is , He live with his mom and we been working things out for the pas couple years , I go visit and spend time with him ones at month, holidays , birthdays , etc. I do help with child support every month plus besides that money , when my son needs clothes or shoes you name it I always help with anything she ask for. Now I understand I live in a different State and I can't taker of him when he is going to school, buy I think summer time when not going to school I can taker of him , and she denied my request multiple times and I don't think that's fair what can I do?

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? The child support worksheet has childcare listed, what does the word discretionary mean next to it? My children's father is suppose to pay childcare costs and now refusing because he says the word discretionary means its up to him to decide. Is that right? This amount is also a factor in figuring out the final child support amount? He pays 452.80 for 3 kids. But refuses to pay the childcare...just need some advice. Thx

I rented my space in November and there was the remnants of the prior tenants porch in my backyard they at that time told me they were going to move it. It has not been moved the owner mentioned to me today that he was going to park a trailer in that spot like a work trailer I just want to know if it's legal for him to park and for me to store his property on my rented space? I am a 59 yr old recently widowed female with my husband’s passing Jan 2018. My question relates to credit card debt in his name that was over $23k when he died. I am listed on our home’s Deed of Trust/Title with his name as joint with right of survivorship. Can unsecured credit card debt end up as liens filed against the title?

When a spouse passes away and has debt in his/her name only, like credit cards, and or contractual obligations for satellite services or cell phone service that charge fee for early termination, etc.- is the remaining spouse responsble for that debt and fulfilling contractual obligation?
