  • I did a quick walk thru of our trailer. Was rushed so couldn't fully inspect. Found mold. Told office about it and they help to get rid of it. They were told about my husbands health issues. Was told the place was renovated and the roof was replaced when we signed the lease. Recently found out we were lied to. Roof was leaking in spots inside trailer. Contractor came out and said the only thing did was recovered the roof. Remove anything old office the whole roof needed replace. Been over a week and still nothing on roof. Been 2 months with mold, and still nothing. Help please. Thanks

  • My father is a retired county worker for Arizona. He is now 88 years old in a nursing home. His income for ss and retirement is about 1800 a month. this does not cover his nursing home or his home expences. We have used our saving up and now I will be hitting charge cards this month to help him out. Is ther any help available for us.
  • my house was raided for identity theft and baby daddy left meth on counter. caps was called and they took my son away. in my police report the conclusion on child dangerment was denied when investigated but cps still has my son. they only know what the police told them at the time of the incident. apparently the higher ups in police denied the allegation. I'm going to prison for years. can I still file guardianship to my mom even tho he is still in cps? we r in process of icpc for him to live with my mom but I want cps out of pic. it feels like something is wrong with this case.
  • My girlfriend and I have two children together. I would like to gain custody of them since she has been experiencing mental health issues and cannot take care of the children.  I cannot afford a lawyer and have been told I cannot leave the state without her permission and was also told since the children's birth certificates establish I am the father and that they have my last name I can relocate with them.   • My son began renting an apartment 3 weeks ago. He purchased new furniture other than his bed he has had with no issues. In the past four days he and his girlfriend have noticed bites on them and she now has a rash from the bites. To make a long story short they found bed bugs on the corner of his mattress that is adjacent to a electrical outlet. He cut open his mattress looking for tale tale signs of any more only to find nothing. He plans on asking his the apartment to spray his and the adjacent apartments and allow him to move out to another unit. What are his rights?

  • We moved out 12 days before end of lease and had inspection we were present for and she said it looked great and posted a new rent sign. Just got our deposit back and the charged us $260 for cleaning which we had done and $530 for repairs they had done such as changing bulbs and cleaning the outside of the grill. Is this legal. Shouldn't we have been notified so we could have seen these things and possibly addressed them ourselves. We still had time left in the lease and they had traffic going through for showings. We left the house perfect.
