  • My sister began occupying my fathers house when he became incapacitated. Unfortunately he has since passed away (11 mos. since she moved in there, which she said was supposed to be temporary). I am the trustee, she is to receive 1/4 of the estate once it's settled. However, she hasnt worked in 3 years, has no desire or attempted to either....she says she isn't going to move out. and says we cant kick her out. As the trustees, do we have the legal right to get her out? She's never paid rent and we paid her other bills in good faith so she could get back on her feet. There is no lease.help!
  • I'm engaged to a man who is lock up because of his baby momma but she don't let him have any rights and he says he remembers signing the birth certificate so that gives him rights but she told him he wasn't the father so he is wanting a DNA test done as soon as possible because he had child support payments pending

  • Me and my ex girlfriend have a daughter out of wedlock. I am curious how child support works with that type of situation. I'm on the birth certificate. I also don't think she is fit or ready to take care of my daughter. I would like short term full custody and then when she has her feet on the ground we can readjust. How should I go about this ?
  • What if I am currently living in another state and planning on moving to Arizona . Do I still have to reapply for Medicare ?
  • My ex wife and I share joint custody. I have since remarried and have another child. I will have my child from my first marriage while my ex is deployed. I told her that he would be spending a few weeks with his brother at his grandparents house from my marriage now. She responded with she is giving her Mom her custodial rights while she is gone and has threatened to have me banned from letting them spend time without me around with his Grandparents from my current marriage because they are not blood relatives. Can she do this and if so what can I do.
  • Our roof caved in in the bedroom and looks shaky in the kitchen (under the entire weight of the swamp cooler). We have sent a certified letter. We are moving but our landlord is refusing to refund our deposit. What are my options?
  • What is the amount of time a landlordnmust give on a "notice of entering"? I have received 2 of them in the last 3 months giving on a 24 hour notice
  • Myself and my 5 sons were on AHCCCS but I canceled when I got married. Well now my husband and I are separated and I'm on SSI no other income. Can I re qualify for myself and my 5 sons or at least my 5 sons even if I'm still legally married?
