QUESTIONS

  • I want to file visitation rights with the Court to visit my grandchildren. Their mother refuses to let me see them.
  • I have lived in my park for 16 years, gone thru at least 4 management changes and decided to sell my mobile home and move. I have only ever signed the original lease, no addendums, have never been provided any new rules or regs, have continuosly asked to have my electric and water bills researched, and have NEVER gotten a response as to why when I lived away from the home for a month my water bill was $92. Now, since I have sold my home, the management company is coming after me for the last month rent and utilities. I requested a copy of he standing lease on my account and they refused.
  • If my child has not even met his birth father and the birth father has not contacted me since he was born, can my fiance adopt my son? He has been with me since I was 2 months pregnany and m so is & months old.
  • My father in law had a stroke in April of 2013 and has been unable to pay his credit card debts including a home equity line of credit through State Farm. He owns a home here here in Phx but has since been relocated to be with other family members in Napa, Ca. in a group home. He receives his usual SS benefits and a small pension of $120 per month, he is also getting his aid and attendance from the V.A. The problem is this, all of his benefits go to his care and he is unable to pay his credit card debts. Since he is no longer living here we are paying his house payment along with the State Farm home equity line of credit since that is like a second mortgage I believe. My question is how do we keep the house in the family and eliminate his credit card debt? which is probably around $20,000. The house doesn't have any equity in it or if it does, it's not much. Thank You
  • does Arizona have a three strikes law.
  • My family and I had moved into our new home after paying six months in advance and signing our lease . One and half months into being our home , the sheriffs arrived at our door saying that they had put warning's on our house, though we never saw any . Conveniently, our landlord was nowhere to be found . What agency will help us get into A home and help with a couple month's rent?
  • Is a verbal contract legally binding in Arizona?
  • I moved out my apartment a month early and returned all keys. I recently tried to rent a house but landlord said there was a forcible detainer on my record. I moved out in January and record shows landlord filled forcible detainer in May but is shows no money owed. Can a landlord file after your already gone and how can i remove it from my record?
  • Our landlord refuses to fix our swamp cooler and the resulting problems. The swamp cooler leaks water, which has damaged the roof so that it leaks in our bedroom & closet for the last 3 years. This year it blew a fuse, so the landlord is using OUR extention cord for power. Now, whenever the cooler is turned on, the faucets and metal parts of our toilet/sink are electrified. We would like to file the 10 day repair notice but can't afford to move out. Can we file for damages while still living in the apt? Are we allowed to stay until the case is over?
  • I AM CURRENTLY RENTING A HOME THAT WAS IN FORCLOSURE BEFORE I MOVED IN AND KNEW NOTHING ABOUT. I SIGNED A 18 MONTH LEASE AND AFTER JUST TWO MONTHS, I HAVE TO MOVE OUT. IS THERE SOME LEGAL RIGHTS THAT I HAVE TO RECOUPE SOME OF MY MOVING EXPENSES AND DEPOSIT?
