  • I have a ten year maintenance agreement with XXXXX, Inc dated 4/22/2016, for a twice a year maintenance service on my air conditioner / furnace which they installed for my home. I paid $1600.00 for this service. (This comes to $80.00 per service) and I received five services. When the sixth service was due (April 2019) I called for an appointment and their phone is shut off. I called their offices in Tucson, Pheonix and Glendale, all their phones have been shut off and the Tucson office is locked. I can't find anyone and they still owe me $1200.00 and I don't know what to do.

  • I have recemtly been told I have to relocate for work. My oldest son is 17 years old and graduates in a month. He has told me that he will not move, and when we go, he is "Disapearing". There is a modification clause stating that all party's must approve in writing any changes to the lease. Can the other roommate and the Landlord move anyone they want into the residence without the approval of the other two that are remaining? There is a sub-lease clause as well stating that a sub-lease may be granted with the approval of the Landlord.
