I was listed as a person residing in the mobile home park where my mother was leasing a space. She has passed away and the landlord now wants me to move out even though the lease has not yet expired. Do I have a right to stay.

the park i live in said i was 15.00 late in nov...so they wouldnt take dec,jan , when we went to court they said pay it and yoou can stay. after court noticed my monthy rent amount is 240.00 for the past year ive been paying 260.00

i am buying the trailer i live in and shortly after moving in we found there has been a sewage problemi have called spoke to and been told by the landlord a plumber is coming for 2 months now. can i pay for a plumber myself & take it out of my rent

I own a 55+ senior Rv community. A person living in a park model passed away. Their relatives have been trying to sell it. They paid the yearly rent (which is at a substantial discount). Two months later they received an offer on their home and now want a refund or partial refund of the rent. Now I have several signs in the office that states there are no prorations or refunds on rent. They are telling me that it's against the law that I rerent the space once they leave unless they sign a release allowing me to do so. Am I able to rent the space once they leave without refunding them?

I sings a lease on 2/6/2013 for 1 year.my lease is up on 2/6/2014.But because they did messed up on my lease. It is the part that says CONCESSIONS and my lease has $000. They want me to sing a renewed lease that has 1812.00. Do I have to sing the new lease. Or can I make them stay with the old lease that I sings. That is up on 2/6/2014. PLEASE HELP.I don't know what to do. THANKS tom

My fiancee was verbally told today that I had to remove myself from the mobile home park because of Rejection of Application for Residency, something I applied for 3 months ago and heard nothing. I was not given any notice nor told to leave by the management. Can they tresspass me from the trailer park?

What do you do if the owner of a mobile home park gails to maintain the streets? There are no sidewalks to walk so your forced to walk on the street where there are pot holes and cracks eveywhere. No only does ut poes a risk and damage to your cars but the fear of falling in the streets cuss of all the potholes and cracks. Who do we need to notify about this?

There is an eviction judgement against me and I am the owner of the mobile home which is too old to move. Is is legal for the court to grant me five days only after living here problem free for 22 years and have 3 kids?

We has a fas line running to our home for our stove and water heater. The line from the meter to our home is corroded and the manager says we have to fix it wven though all our pipes in and under our home are good

I own a trailer but rent the space from the mobile park home. the main water meter broke and they charge me for the water that was flooding the of the rest space. Which I sent the money into them. Now they sent the money back to me. They are refusing to take that payment for my rent because the yard where they dug up to fix the parks water meter and there's some weeds in the front yard are they able to refuse to take my rent?

I rented my space in November and there was the remnants of the prior tenants porch in my backyard they at that time told me they were going to move it. It has not been moved the owner mentioned to me today that he was going to park a trailer in that spot like a work trailer I just want to know if it's legal for him to park and for me to store his property on my rented space? Can landlord prevent me from moving my owned manufactured home? Can they require I dig up concrete patio slab and parking slab that they laid for previous owner?
