  • does Arizona have a three strikes law.
  • My ex wife is late on rent. The attorney fee is $450.00 , is this considered "reasonable"? My understanding is she is being charged for the filing and un-filing with the court for an eviction. Additionally, she was not able to pay her rent and late fees at one point because the website they require her to pay through didn't have the updated information... The website listed a total amount due, but wouldn't accept the payment. This caused her to be several more days late while the office figured out the issue. This increased late fees and attorney fees. Is this acceptable? Or reasonable?

My question is since we divorced he had 2 other childred after ours that he now pays support for.   • I own 2 mobile homes in a mobile home park. One of them I live in and the other I bought and was fixing it up and was going to make plans on what to do with it. I got behind on lot rent on the other place by a month and before the next month they had me in court evicting me. In a week after that that they broke into the place and changed the locks. Within the month the sold it and I am the owner and have a title. I was in process of trying to sell it so I could pay the back rent and make some money back on it. Never given any notice that this was there intent. What do I do too stop this.

  • There was a pipe leaking by my parking spot for the last couple months. My water/sewer/trash Bill almost doubled for the last couple months. We pay w/s/t with our rent when it is due but we get a separate w/s/t bill and it shows that for almost 2 years my w/s/t was roughly the same until last month. The complex gets one bill and divides it by common area the apts pay the rest is divided to the residents. I believe the complex wasn't paying for their leaking pipe they were dividing it amongst the apt units. Can they legally do that?

  • In Sept 2017 I signed a lease with XXXXX apt. Rent was behind 2 months. Never received an eviction notice, but my locks did get changed, and always in contact with Leasing Manager. I showed up with rent for both months, and she said, no I am not going to rent I am going to evict you. So, I left came back for my stuff, and Feb 2018 I get a bill for $18k that I need to pay for the 12 months. Is that legal?
