We just found out there are bed bugs in the home we rented. Who is responsible to pay to get rid of them. It is going to cost $1200, but it will be guarenteed.

I have 2 investment homes in AZ and my primary home in CA where I live. Short sale is not an option for me b/c I don't qualify because I have assets. My question is if I foreclose on the 2 investment homes will the lenders put liens on my primary home that has about $200k in equity? Or do I just have poor credit for 7 years?

I was recently let go from my job of 5 yrs. for testing positive on a random drug n alcohol test. I dont drink and the test showed the levels of scoop mouthwash alcohol content not what was in my body. I told my manger but he let me go anyway. How can I show that it was a false reading? I am allergic to alcohol.

I've been renting an apartment for % years I always questioned there late fees they use to charge 50.00 then five dallars a day after. this year they raised my rent by 30.00 and they raised the late fee by 25.00 and 10.00 a day after now the late fees are 75.00 after the 3rd and 10.00 a day after. I pay 715.00 a month for a one bed room apt. I just want to know if this late fee is legal. That over 10% of my rent in late fees. I work full time and get paid every two weeks unfortunately I have to pay late fees due to this I feel like the management is taking avantage of the tenants is this legal

I am the petitioner of a protective order and the defendant has not been served yet. Our court date is next week. What is gonna happen? Will they dismiss it or continue it.

i lived in home and left due to domestic violence. the property manger recieved my order of protection and allowed me to vacate. 6 years later my check is being garnished for unpaid rent and attorney fees. they got a judgement from the court and a collection agency is who garnished my check. i have to pay over 4000 dollars. I thought since domestic vioelnece i was able to leave according to 33-318.

My situation is I live in Minnesota and my ex lives in Arizona. Minnesota ruled to keep jurisdiction there for all support and custody issues. My ex opened a child support case in Arizona, and now because of this my taxes were taken. Is this legal?? I have the MN court order but can Arizona take over??
