  • Me and my ex have joint custody. I live in bisbee and he lives in sierra vista .He has memorial weekend and the following week with our son which he intends to take his vacation week. He is refusing telling me where hes taking vacation and I'm afraid hes taking him to california since hes taken him before without letting me know and that's where his girlfriends family lives. I'm afraid that my son is going to be more exposed to the corona virus. His father does not take the disease seriously. Is there a way to prevent him from going until the pandemic is over or atleast slowed down

When doing that I made it aware to my apartment manager that my ceiling was leaking!I was told that the AC unit ( which is a P-tech unit like used in hotels) from the apartment above me was leaking. So they told the tenants to place a bucket under the unit to catch the water!!! Well my ceiling still leaks from time to time and the sheet rock has started to fall, and the window casing near the leak had also beginto fall!! Im 3 months into my new lease and they still refuse to make repairs!!!! Can I break my lease without penalty because of neglected repairs?
  • In May, I moved into a 12 unit complex in Scottsdale with a pool. The pool was green & the landlord told me it was being emptied, retiled, and filled & would be closed for a couple weeks. I am about to pay August's rent and the pool is still out of commission. It was emptied and two workers came one day to chip away the tiling. Nothing has been done since. What rights do I have as a tenant to start deduct rent or demanding repairs? The pool was a driving force in my renting & it's making a terrible for a terribly frustrating AZ summer. What do I tell my landlord??
