My ex-wife and I are going through a divorce and currently we have temp orders for our children. We currently have 50/50 shared joint legal decision making. The orders state supervision around her sister at all time. This is because of a drug issue. I initially filed for 50/50 and no visitations with her sister. My wife asked for sole custody. I feel it is in the best interest of the children to not be around her sister due to the drug problem. How will a judge look at this because her sister is not the one I am divorcing, but she is already in the temp orders and the kids are around her?

ITS BEEN OVER ONE MONTH NOW AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE DIVORCE DECREE IN THE MAIL. WE ALREADY HAD THE TRIAL, ALL I AM WAITING ON IS THIS ISSUE UNDER ADVISEMENT. This past February (2014) my kids father and myself came to an agreement that he would take the kids to school two days a week. However he takes them to school late often, they're not finishing homwork, and are loosing sleep because he lives far so theyre waking up about an hour earlier then when i have them. Is there anything i can do about this? Ive tried resolving this with him but he refuses.

While I was with my Mom at her boyfriend's house in CA, my friend and I walked in on them watching porn in the living room. They didn't hear us come in so she doesn't know that I know. I told my Dad and he is trying to decide how to handle this. I want to know (and so does my Dad) if this is reason enough for my Dad to get sole custody. Now they both have joint physical custody. Has a crime been commited and how will the courts view this event? Thank you.

In the dot com recession, my IT job disappeared. I had to refinance my home. My son signed the new mortgage because I needed his income to qualify. I have since wished he could be removed but couldn't refi because property values fell. Now my job has once again disappeared and I am facing foreclosure. I am applying for assistance thru SaveYourHome. My mortgage counselor tells me that I would easily qualify except for the co-signer. In the past 2 yrs, my son has gone thru a BK & lay-off. He's been at his new job 9 months makes $13 per hour. I've heard about Quit Claim deeds. Can he be removed?
