I took fmla for the birth of a child, however I did not use all 12 weeks. Does fmla cover any time taken off to care for my child or am I now not covered under fmla because I have returned to work?

I recently got arrested for Domestic Violence as a misdemeanor. I have a clean record and never been arrested before. Also the victim isn't pressing charges and it was a misunderstanding. What will my sentence be if I'm going to be currently seeking counseling.

I was recently applied for an internship toward a career in Network Administration, but was ineligible after a background check. I have a prior conviction from when I was 1995, which I had expunged in 1999. I am unsure of who to contact to get these record sealed so they don't bar me from employment further. My daughter is 2 1/2 when she was born I was with a man who is not her father and he signed the birth certificate and took claim for her until we split a year ago. I want him off the birth certificate and to change her last name. What papers do I need to file? How would I go about doing this? I am in the process of evicting a roommate. I took it to court, and have to restart the court process because the 5 day eviction notice was not certified mail. She has left all of her things for about three weeks now. At what point am I legally allowed to move her belongings to put another roommate into her old room? And what would I have to do for her property to roll over into my possession, so I can legally remove it from my home or dispose of the items?

I am renting a home and we are responsible or pest control but we have found 5 scropins in 3 weeks I took pictures and sent them to our landlord are they responsible to do anything?
