I am an immigrant on a work visa. I got married to a US citizen a month ago. He abuses me physically and emotionally.I am scared about deportation, if I take any legal action.

I put down a $300 deposit for my little dog . And when my lease ended I moved out I asked for my security deposit and I was told the pet deposit was nonrefundable I cannot get it back And he took $300 out of my security deposit because I had let a dumped kitten in front of my house stay in my yard for several weeks and when I moved I took iit with me. I didn’t even waant a kitten I just didn’t want to leave it there for him to do something to it. Is .it lawful for him to do that?

We have moved out of our rental and the move out inspection was done without us being present and they said everything looked fine. We have lived in the residence for 3 years. During this time we chipped the counter which is granite countertops and now the owner is talking about us paying for replacement of a entire new countertop. The chip is about the size of a quarter and our deposit was $900.00. Is this something the owner can do and can they come after me beyond my security deposit?

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? My mother-in-law agreed to store my belongings in a shed that I gave her. My husband who I am divorcing took it out of the shed and let it get rained on ruining all my belongings. Is my mother-in-law and my husband responsible

I signed up for online Lpn to Rn program online for 13,000 dollars with Achieve Test Prep and took one class that cost 300 dollars. After 1 month Achieve Test Prep said there program no longer supports AZ so i asked for my money back since i didn't cancel the contract. They said they can only send back 10,000 and charged me 3,000 in administrative fees. This is fraud how can i sue and get this in front of a jury and what are my options?

So my fiance and I have been living in a duplex for 5 months, our landlord goes to.Florida for the winter. Her son is around and every month even when she was here they start calling the day before rent is due and if you ate busy and can't answer they show up on my door step. We live check to check so we pay on Friday our pay day, at the most we have had to pay 4 days past the first. Rent is due today the 1st New Years day (holiday )and they were calling and pounding on our door all day yesterday and started today at 8am. What do I do, is this all legal?? Please help!!
