  • My apartment is having a cockroach problem. The people have sprayed buy they still aren't going away. Can I do anything since they have actually been trying? Or am I able to take action since the problem still persists?

  • I am new to Arizona so I am not aware, but I move here in August listed in my lease it says my rent in $874.00 the amount for taxes is not listed however I am charged taxes. Also my lease says if I am late on my rent after the 2nd there is a late fee of $50 and thereafter it will be $10. After the 5th day I received a 5 day notice on my door in which they charged me $25 for putting a 5 day notice on my door and they taxed the $25. That amount is not in my lease. Is this legal? shouldn't both the tax amt and the 5 day notice fee be listed in my lease?
