  • I recently was Evicted from my apartment and locked out by the constable. Unfortunately I was unable to remove all of my belonging and was told I need to return make arrangements with the landlord to get the rest of my things. When I returned i was told that someone must have stolen my things. What do I do? I made a police report, But the property management told me they will not replace any of my things . Can anyone tell me what rights I have and what I should do thank you any help is much appreciated .
  • We have a roommate on our lease and he is 24 and sleeps in a girls room(22) and she doesn't want him in there. What can be done. She is saying she doesn't feel safe with him around because he has become an alcoholic. Thanks for any advice.
  • The mobile home I rent was severely damaged in a monsoon storm back in May of this year. The entire roof was ripped off and in some areas (my bedroom ) I was able to see the sky! It took a little over a week before they had someone come START repairs. During the wait the rain continued. My roof was repaired However, the water damage in the inner ceiling has not. My ceiling is caving in and the mold in my bathroom is visible . The manager is NEVER in the office and I don’t know how to get them to repair it. My rent and utilities continue to be paid in full each month some help please

  • Can a landlord, as part of the lease, require the tenant to agree to only require 12 hours entry notice? Our new lease includes a provision that acknowledges the appropriate section of the ARS, but does not mention the 'two days' requirement. Quoted here... "Tenant agrees that Landlord, its agents and contractors, shall have the right to enter into the leased premises, or any portion thereof, upon twelve (12) hours oral or written notice to Tenant, for the purpose of inspecting the same or performing such repairs or maintenance as the Landlord deems reasonably necessary.
