  • my daughter is mother to my grandson. She is an amazing mother. However, due to my grandson's father not committing to sharing parental responsibilities, I have provided an abundance of caregiving when my daughter is not available due to working etc. I absolutely don't mind however, it has financially affected my business and time. May I legally sue my grandson's father for childcare?

  • I have $250,000 invested in a 1150 sq ft home and lot in a Surprise HOA, built with permits from the City. With that permit, my contractor built an 850 sq ft addition (story & a half) to a park model, wrapping all in stucco. Now realtors tell me they cannot put my property in the "residence" section of MLS but must list it under LAND/LOTS. How will out of state buyers find my home in a realtor.com or mls or zillow search? What was the legislature thinking when they dictated this? Thank you for any information you can provide.

  • my son was sentenced to 6 years for his second DUI . When the Judge sentenced him she read off someone else priors who has the same name as him different D.O.B . He has been in the State prison Since March 3, 2016. What can be done or how can we get this cleared up. His atterny did nothing about it and when I contacted him he told me the he was no longer his representative. I did stand up in court to say something but was advised to have a seat or leave.
  • I am a single mom. I live in Yavapai County. I had to be air lifted to Phoenix at 23 weeks pregnant and gave birth to my 1 lb. daughter. She has been in the hospital in phoenix since birth on January 29, 2013. I want to file for child support but someone told me I have to wait until she is 6 months old because she has to live in Yavapai county (her home)for 6 months.   • Have Lived at the same complex for the past 3 years. The complex has new owners for the past several months. Old management used to give me (at my request) a copy of my check with the stamp and /or signature of received. Deadline to pay the rent is the 3rd of each month. Now the new management refuses to hand me a receipt before the 4th of the month. My question is, where is the proof that I handed the check to them in time to avoid late fees? There lot of rumors among neighbors that they are trying to scare people out to renovate more units and raise the rent. What are my rights? Thank you.
  • If the house is unhabitable due to rodent activity and poison all over the house, upon move in, can we get refunded and pull out of the agreement. Because we got an inspection the day we got the keys and it's infested. They also told us as we were signing the lease that there are no mice and no termites. Which we found out through a pest company, the house had both.
