In a child custody case, I lost my children to my ex. My children & I suffered alot of abuse at his hands. Now he has the children & lives in another city & jurisdiction in Arizona. The info and dr. reports I took in were not even looked at by the judge. Seemed her mind was made up early on. Can I request a new emergency hearing and also request a change in judge as I am told the abuse on the children has started again and I don't know what to do to protect my children.

I was recently served papers concerning a request to modify child support. The order to appear was not signed by a judge and the paperwork was not complete. 1) Should I have received an Order to Appear from the court? 2) Since the papers were incomplete and not signed by a judge, do I need to respond? 3) If so, what papers should I file when the papers I was served were incomplete and not signed?

I was homeless w/ a puppy & offered home in exchange for cleaning and lawn svcs. he bills owners for. Owner would text, call, & pop in daily. I got a p/t job to earn cash. When I wasn’t there he gave me one day to get out due to lack of communication. I painted patio, garage, shelves, trimmed trees and shrubs, planted flowers, cleaned all units regularly, & complied. I did good work because his clients sent me reviews & he got paid! Can he do that or can I stay until I find a place?

Iam a 82 year old widow living on my husbands retirement and ss . My house is paid of , but I pay a small common fee . I recently took out a 130000 loan against my house to help my Granddaughter build a new house . She is now going through a divorce and is not paying me for the loan ( always two months late). The bank is threatening forclosure against my home I am living in. I was going to take a loan against my retirement to pay off the loan . The new house is in my Granddaughters name and her ex is living in it . Can I have my name put on the house and have her pay me rent without bad tax implications. I have three children that this house should be on the estate . The bank has been sending preforclosure papers against the house I live in . I am afraid I am going to lose everything . Landlord is upset about possibly having to fix broken air conditioning in a house my wife and i are renting he is trying to say its my fault because i didn't change the filters on a regular time period but has not had a qualified a/c person inspect it just an other tenant who said that the unit is frozen.I feel that he is looking for an excuse to have me pay for repairs when the air is his response ability .What can I do to get the a/c fixed and do I have to worry about a retaliation eviction I have entertained the idea of getting a Tucson building inspector to make him fix the a/c to code.

With joint custody, how are heath insurance premiums, co pays, dental , optical all handled? One parent pays for all as in my daughters case?
