Question: My mother was deported and left behind my 15 year old brother and 16 year old cousin. How can I get legal Guardianship of both of them?

The following link is the Arizona Courts website. It lists all of the required forms for applying guardianship. It should be noted not all forms are accepted. It is recommended you contact the clerk of the court in which you intend to file to make sure you all proper forms and determine any filing fees. Here is the link:
