When I apply for a job, should I tell them about my disability?

I was arrested in Pima County for a domestic argument. No charges were filed. I also had a DUI arrest and served a week's jail time. Can these records be expunged, and can fingerprint records be removed?

My ex would like to take our two children to CA during a school week. We have two conflicting documents. The Parenting Plan For: Joint Custody with Joint Custody Agreement states as follows: B. (Bold) SUMMER MONTHS OR SCHOOL BREAK LONGER THAN 4 DAYS: (Unbold) The weekday and weekend schedule described above will apply for all 12 calendar months EXCEPT: Each Parent is entitled to a one week period of vacation time with the children. Each parent shall provide the other with 60 days notice of their proposed dates for vacation. If there is a conflict of dates, Father's schedule shall have preference in odd years and Mother's schedule shall have preference in even years. I am assuming this means he can only take the children on vacation during summer months or school break longer than 4 days. .... and the Consent Decree of Dissolution of Non-Covenant Marriage With Minor Children states the following: Custody and Parenting Time ... h.Vacation. If there is a conflict of dates, Father's schedule shall have preference in odd years and Mother's schedule shall have preference in even years. This document does not state anything about school. Which document prevails?

My divorce and custody order was done in Arizona. My ex husband and I both moved out of state over a year ago. Is our court order from Arizona still valid or do we need to go back to court? Thank you for your help!

I just got myself an appartment l for the first time in about 6 years and my 21 year old son who has a lot of problems in his life,well he became homeless AGAIN the day before [ got the keys to my new place. So I let him come stay with me with a verbal agreement between both of us with the understanding that he would follow my rules, not disrespect me, find a job immediately so he could save money and get out and into his own place. Well us been half a month and he isn't doing ant of those things i asked and i want him out. What do I have to do to get him to leave cause he won't? Please help..

Is my landlord required to take action against other residents of my property who are drunken and disorderly and causing a disturbance on the premises? If so, what action are they required to take?

hi i am trying to find some help for a number of residents in burrwood rv park.they have received a notice on 4-2-18 in there park clubhouse that they have to move out of there park by 5-10-18,and they can return 9-1-18.they will turn off the power and water.these people have paid a yearly rent,and have nowhere else to go.they have been offered to move there rv trailers to their sister park in quartzsite az split rail rv park,about 8 miles away.they do not have the means to just pack up and move.no spring chickens here,this is a 55 and older park.please advise.thank you la paz county
