  • How I change my address?
  • My exhusband and I remained close since our divorce.I spoke to him the day before he died.He stayed in our home and was the only one on the deed etc. He told me the last time we spoke he had mortgage insurance naming me as benificiary. However, he had no wll or named executor so the house is in probate. Most important to me is not the house but my belongings in the house most of which is sentimental. The car I have the title to is gone. Who is it I can call? I don't know who is in control of the house. I hear it is the government but who? I worry about so many things in the home I wish I had.

  • my landlord woulf not except my rent said cuz i was selling drugs. 1 week later he came and said i could stay but i have to pay another 550 plus the rent i told him it was sat. and banks are closed. he told me go tho the atm. i said i cant and on monday when i get home from work at 4 i wouyld bring it. monday morning he comes knocking i told him we agreed at 4. then he goes off saying he needed the money now. banks were not even open yet. i again told him we agreed at four. he started ranting and raving 2 days later i get evction papers.with my room mates name and not mine

No doubt that I am biological father, however, my mother advised me not to sign the birth certificate & I didn't sadly. Baby was 14 months old when my EX developed drug & alcohol problem.   • We moved into a house and the hot water heater doesn't work. We submitted a maintenance request on 4/22. 7 days later I sent an email for status. 05/01 a tech came out to do repairs. 05/02 the pilot light still won't stay lit. I submitted a second maintenance request.on 05/02. It is now 05/06 14 days in out new rental home and there is still no hot water. I emailed for status on 05/05.. Still waiting to hear back from Re/Max. What are my rights? Can I replace the water heater and deduct it off my rent payment?

  • we have a mold problem from the managers meintenance man doing cheap labor causing mass flooding in the walls. she claims after multiple times thebproblem is fixed. the watee is also making us sick. my other half lives here and is pregnant. we also have a 3 year old. the manager claims there is no mold, but i have 2 samples of black and all sorts of colors. i want to get out of here but the manager threated to bill us 3 thousand for damages thats by her hands not ours... and i gave her many chances to fix the problem and it never gets fixed, she only covers up her tracks. what can i do?
