I am asking for my 89-year-old parents who live in a senior independent living facility in Tucson. They are coming up on a lease renewal in mid June, however, we are planning to move them to another Senior independent living facility in Sept or October to get them closer to me, as I am their primary caregiver. My mother lives in Phoenix and has Title 14 Guardianship of our 6 year old nephew. She wants to transfer it to us in Texas. The child's mother agrees with the plan and will give consent. I believe ARS 8-874 applies here. Where do we find the paperwork to motion for appointment of a successor and affidavit (assuming this is the correct path to take).

My landlord and her husband and friend came to do yard maintance, with my permission. Later when I went outside, I noticed my large area rug that I had rolled up and put up on back patio was gone along with all the Large trash bags I had put aside of aluminum cans. It was obvious I collected/saved aluminum cans, I had desingated a assigned area in the corner of the yard with a "make shift small fence. I asked her about them and she told me that she would discuss those items when she sees me, I should have rights, to me that is like stealing?
