can a car dealership repossess my car and return my money because they feel they gave me more for my trade in than what it was worth?

My ex has made it so hard to visit him. All on her terms. I live in phx and she lives in Prescott so I drive up North to see him. She won't let me take him over nights and I'm lucky if I get to see him twice a month. She recently had me served to try to sever my father rights. Next court date was suppose to be November 5. But she was involved in a crime and she is now in jail. She has violated her probation plus new five felonies. I received a letter a couple days ago saying my court date with her had been vacated. Her parents won't let me have my son. What paperwork do I need to file?

Recently in my apartment the refrigerator went out andwas repaired by a repair man the manager sent over and the repairman stated that for me to write out a list of food that was lost and take to the office.this was done and I also sign the paper stating that this in fact did happen.the manager stated that under normal situation the landlord is not responsible for the food that was lost,but because the repairman stated that he would make sure I would get paid for food lost.I would have to take this up with my insurance (Renter's insurance) about $75-100 worth of groceries.The manager has offered to deduct $75 dollars off of rent for the following month,and i agreed to this. The question is am I to be responsible for food that was lost ,when the appliance came with the apartment?this is not the first time this has happen to me.should I contact my insurance company regarding this issue?

Can the property management group force me to pay my rent only on their website and charge me to do it?

I was employed by a Cruise Line located in Hawaii but I reside permanently in Arizona. I was wrongfull terminated by the company for supposed theft of alcohol during an event. There is no emerical proof of me doing this on video footage. I originally was a union member but as I was promoted to an officer on-board, my position changed to non-union. My landlord sent me a lease renewal notice that indicated the rent would go up. We had a verbal agreement last summer when I renewed that my rent would stay the same. When I told my landlord that I planned to renew but asked if my rent would stay the same, she sent me a non renewal notice for my lease. Does this qualify as retaliation?
