QUESTIONS

  • My husbands adult children is talking about committing my husband because he does not make decisions without consulting me, his wife. They say in the state of Arizona, they have the right to do this regardless of what I say or feel on the issue and that spousal rights do not matter if the children want this done. We just moved to Arizona, surely this cannot be true. How can adult children that has not been around him override a wife?
  • How do you get the cost of a name change fee waived. I am on disability. Are there certain papers I need to show proof of income and if so which ones. How is a waive determined at the time of filing and who decides?
  • After working at my job for 6+ months with no disciplinary issues, I was diagnosed with some health conditions. I brought a note from my doctor stating that provisions were to be made. Shorly after this I started being written up approximately every 2-3 weeks on a regular basis until it reached 3 write ups. The write ups were for health related incidents and for doing something "wrong" that I had previously been told to do it that way. I believe I was discriminated against and wrongfully terminated. I have no money and need legal advice desperately. Thanks
  • My husband has a child from a previous relationship. We aren't positive that the child is actually his. He is a resident of Arizona, the mother lives in Washington state along with the child. My question is this, which state , Arizona or Washington, would have jurisdiction to decide Child Support payments and establishing paternity?
  • My brother was convicted in Maricopa County of a Felony charge. He has filed a Notice of Post Conviction Relief. He had public defense at the time. Is there anyone that can help us find out what the status is on his NPC filing?
  • My wife and her almost 21-year-old sociopath son have made my life intolerable. I want to leave. Other than my mortgage and appliances that I am contractually responsible for, do I have to maintain a house that I am not living in?
  • Worked with toxic chimocals in usaf daily but do not no how to submit a service related claim
  • How can I request a paternity test for a child I have been ordered to pay support on? Unfortunately I did not seek legal counsel when I received the initial papers and wrote my response stating I did not believe I was the father. I did not pay the filing fee of $231 so they denied my statement. Where do I go from here? I live out of state.
  • My mother gave me my 12 year old brother "temporarily" for an unknown amount of time and he is currently living with me, my wife and two younger children. What options do I have in terms of getting custody or guardianship of him.
  • I recently moved into a condo and i signed a lease and she accepted payment and I moved in. Then a few days later she came to me and told me I need to get out because she had found out about an old landlord who gave me a bad review. I didnt lie on my application i gave her two years back even thou she asked for five. she didnt say anything about it and approved my application. Does she have any right to evict me?
