I have a son that is almost 2. His father and I have been together for 4 years. Because of work we moved to CA 10 months ago. There is domestic violence in the relationship. I need to get my son away from his father into a safer environment. I am planning to move back to AZ. Does anyone know if I am able to file for full custody in AZ. My son was born in Gilbert and lived in Chandler from birth until we moved. (1 year) I am trying to figure out the best way to get back to AZ and obtain full custody while not endangering my son or myself from his fathers anger. Any advice is appreciated.

Can the department of Corrections extend a parole date after the maximum sentence date, when there has been no violations? Can I file a motion to see a judge and have it clarified?

In Arizona the state law requires that a security deposit must be returned within 14 days of the move out date. Does this law still apply if my lease agreement states that the refund will be sent out with in 30 days? Do they still have to provide the refund with in 14 days? or does the lease agreement void that law?

We belong to a golf club. They offer an annual trail fee which allows us to use our personal golf cart. We paid this annual fee in June. We have decided to move out of state and requested that the unused portion of the annual fee be returned. The club manager says they do not refund any part of this fee. I recently rented a room for my wife and I from a couple in Phoenix. I paid a deposit and three months rent in advance totaling $1625. I received signed receipts. Before moving in the landlord changed our original agreement and asked for a separate fee for utilities. We had agreed on a monthly rent charge that would include utilities.I informed the landlord that if he could not adhere to our agreement I would remove my property and wanted a refund. After considerable difficulty I was allowed to do so but a refund has been refused. A lease was also refused. I never stayed in the home even once.
