My husband has been court ordered to pay AZ courts because the mother of the child is currently receiving assistance from TANF. • I am a married man with a 4 year old daughter. Two years ago my wife and I were temp seperated. I had a one nite stand with a woman who told me she couldn't get pregnant. Two years later I get paternity papers and am orderd to pay $900 a month in child support current with $25 rearage included. That leaves me Just $1100 a month to take care of my wife and daughter. The deduction for her is more than my daughter in my marriage. Do I have any avenues for getting this modified at all?
