QUESTIONS

  • If your rent is due on the first of the month, and you pay it before the fifth of the month, can he charge late fees in those first 5 days?
  • My lease expires at the end of the month and have given my landlord(management)30 day notice and they have listed the property on market for rent.Today is 11th and they have called me to let them bring people in for viewing.Can i refuse and tell them no until i move out?

  • In 2017 I was applying for apartments and an eviction came back, I was unable to rent because of this eviction. The eviction is ACTUALLY from 2014 but lists as 2017. Secondly, I served/hand delivered and signed and dated a notice to the front office for vacating the lease due to domestic violence with a copy of my court order. THE DAY AFTER we were SUPOSSEDLY to be in court for eviction. There was a notice posted on the door AFTER I left the residence for domestic violence, and I had NO IDEA of this until 2017. Can this be removed?? And how???

Need help asap!
